In my healing sessions and one-on-one coaching, I impart a deeper understanding of the human biofield, help to reprogram unconscious patterns, and empower you to align with your truth, becoming ever more authentic, liberated and expanded.
I include a variety of holistic healing methods such as crystal healing, vocal toning, visualization, sensing subtle energy, akashic records, aura readings, EFT, past life regression and more, to help you access deeper insights for personal growth and expansion.
We all lead integrated lives; and by learning how to master our flow, regulating balance of the mind, body and spirit, and learn how to stand firmly in our light, we can cultivate peace within, raising our vibration and empowering others to do the same.

What is included:
1:1 Coaching includes two 50-minute sessions per month with unlimited email and Voxer support between sessions. The commitment is 4 months, and you may continue these services month-to-month thereafter if you choose.
Sessions are tailored to YOU and include a variety of energy healing techniques to meet you where you are. We'll discuss your aura, energy blocks, and unconscious beliefs. We may explore past life regression, akashic records and more as it is relevant to your journey.
